You will find everything needed to create a beautiful garden at the annual Springfest Garden Market and Festival, held on the front lawn of the Tulsa Garden Center, 2435 S. Peoria, Tulsa, Oklahoma.  For 2017 SpringFest takes place Friday, April 7, and Saturday, April 8, 9am-5pm.

The children’s area offers multiple entertaining and educational activities. The theme of the children’s area will be monarch butterflies and it will include planting a milkweed seed to take home, making a monarch plant marker, coloring a butterfly bracelet, and a working a puzzle about the life stages of butterflies. There will also be face painting at no charge.

Area plant nurseries offer the newest and best plant selections. The Linnaeus Teaching Garden has a tent full of pass-along plants for sale from the gardens of Linnaeus gardeners and other friends of The Tulsa Garden Center. While strolling along the beautiful landscape of the mansion’s front lawn, you have the opportunity to shop for exceptional plants and garden craft items. Inside the mansion you can find a bird house auction and a food concession with tasty items.

Proceeds from SpringFest Garden Market and Festival benefit the Tulsa Garden Center and the Linnaeus Teaching Garden.
